We lost our key to the rental car, and we used our roadside assistance. Thankfully they work with Bill's Keyshop, and he was able to get us a new key made. He worked with us financially, and more importantly, he went above and beyond by helping us load our walkers after seating me safely in the vehicle. I highly recommend Joe(the owner), for both his craftsmanship and his humanity.

5/9/2025 Went here today to get a key fob programmed ... amazing service and pricing. Unfortunately I forget the owner's name (it's not Bill; I asked!), but he was an amazing, fun, and lovely guy. Will be back if we ever need anything.

I am fairly certain that they must have the physical key, no matter if it is an electronic or standard key.

Hmmm. I'm fairly certain that is not possible. The duplicate key would need to be physically mailed to you. In addition the shop would need the original to make a copy from. Good luck.

Q:What is the cost to have an auto key made when bringing in the lock( door/ignition)?

I don't remember exactly but I think it was 20 or 30 bucks for the first key and 7 or 8 for each additional key. Sorry but if you call them, they'll tell you.

It depends on lock type and if you lost the original key. If you are just getting a basic copy it's under $10. If it is something more complicated you'll have to ask them directly for a quote if they can do it.
