Thank you again Michael for all your help with my client. She was faced with emptying a house, garage and yard full of memories. It is a tough situation when your parents live in another state and you are in charge of everything. Michael and his crew were so professional, compassionate , hard working and honest. Clutter and Hoarding Pros gave New Life at the start of the 2025 New Year. Michelle, Michael, and crew of Ramon, Gabriel, and Oscar are truly Godsends. They were able to provide the easiest, most professional, discreet, and thorough removal, clean out, packing, etc. job to a most desperate, disabled, and hopeless person. In the darkest of hours, and the very last hours of 2024 - Ramon, Gabriel, Oscar, Michael, and Michelle - literally turned the lights back on inside a hopeless person. They are all angels; much like nurses, they must really love helping people to do the extremely difficult work that they do on a daily basis - with a smile and infinite patience! Excellent, calm, kind, fast service. These professionals did what I thought would take a week, in just 6 hours!!!!!! No judgement, no anxiety. They did things I wasn't even asking for (they assembled a project, freeing up even more space). Michael and Ramon are fabulous, I will call them sooner if I ever start a hoarding situation in my home again.
