Prompt, communicative, and very friendly. Love love our new windows from Window Depot. Salesman Phil Gardner was a no pressure wealth of information regarding our choices and we cannot say enough about our lead installer Mike Loving and his entire team who installed our windows over three days. They worked with baby and toddler nap restrictions, work from home occupants and did it all with a smile on their faces! Mike even took time to show me his secrets for the best caulking job I have seen!! Overall, A great group of professionals committed to making our window purchase and installation easy snd pleasant!
